(guests’ addresses printed on clear labels and applied to envelopes)
Magnets (38 x 20mm): 10c each (applied to back of invitations)

SAMPLES
With internet purchasing becoming increasingly popular, it can be a bit daunting ordering a product without being able to have a good look and touch of it in your hands first.
So to put your mind at ease before ordering your invitations, we can post out a sample of your favourite invitation designs which will be mounted on a colour of metallic card of your choice. Your photo will be used in the sample invitation so you can see what design suits your photo best. All text will remain as is on the sample invitations.

Includes 3 Invitations and 3 Acceptances of your choice + free postage.
If you order a sample pack and then order your invitations from us we will discount* your total payment by $20.00 so your samples cost you nothing!
*invitation order must be greater than $100.00 to receive discount.
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is simple, just follow the steps below
1 Choose an Invitation/Acceptance design and note the corresponding code
eg. (DL01), (AC02) etc.
2 Choose a Font from the Fonts Page (or if you have a font in mind that is not listed let us know)
3 Choose a colour of metallic card from the Metallic Card page
4 Note any extras you require eg. Wishing Well Cards, Magnets etc.
5 Email the above information PLUS;
– a good quality photograph
– your invitation wording
– guest list (preferably an Excel or Word file)
– and a guest address list (if you require personalised envelopes)

Approval
When we have received your order we will email you a PDF proof of your wedding stationery within 48 hours. Please check all details, spelling etc. and notify us of any changes you require. An additional proof will be emailed if changes have been made. When you have approved your wedding stationery we require you to email us and attach the PDF proof. When approval is received we will commence printing. No changes can be made once printing has commenced, so please double check your invitation wording and details carefully on the proof we send. It always helps to get someone else to check as well!
Ordering Samples
If you prefer to order samples only, please follow steps 1, 2 & 3 above.
4 Email the above information plus a good quality photograph to kylie@magicmouse.com.au
Invitation wording will remain as on the samples on the website so your specific invitation wording and guest list is not required for samples.
Payment
When we have received your order we will send you an invoice for the total cost of your invitations. A 50% deposit is due before we commence printing your invitations. The final balance is due when you receive your completed invitations in the mail.
Full payment of sample orders is required upfront.
We accept payment via Direct Deposit or Cheque. These details will be clearly stated on your invoice.
There are strictly no refunds once you have given final approval to print. If an order is cancelled before final approval has been given your deposit will be refunded in full.
Delivery
All orders are sent by Australia Post. If your delivery address is in the Sydney Metro area we can arrange personal delivery.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your completed stationery once final approval has been given. Please allow 5-7 working days (once full payment is received) for sample stationery.
We take great care when packaging your invitations to ensure that they are protected during transit. We guarantee that they will leave our premises in good condition, however we will not be held liable for invitations which are damaged or lost in transit.
